Hi mummies. Nak tanya. Normal ke perut berbunyi masa pregnant 5-6minggu ni. Bunyi macam air kruk kruk. Lepastu sakit perut cramp & cirit birit. And then check ada spotting coklat di seluar dalam sebesar 6cm. Adakah normal? Malamni baru nak pergi hospital
