Hi it’s likely your body preparing itself and pelvis will be more open. For me, I started prenatal Physio once I hit my second trimester and it’s helped me tremendously. I also do pelvic exercises like bridge or butterfly which help!

Yes me too! I’m 17 weeks. Been experiencing this since 14 weeks actually, especially during bedtime. I found some stretches online that helps and have been doing it daily for relief.
