Unable to drink water..

hi iam 12 weeks now,this is my second pregnancy..i have morning sickness,vomiting and tiredness for the whole day..i feel bitterness always so unable to drink water nor i don't feel thirsty..i am worried..what is the minimum amount I should consume water every day?any suggestion from ur side please answer..
