5weeks pregnant

I want to ask, I am 5 weeks pregnant according to my period date. yesterday I went to the clinic to check my stomach I didn't see any sac or fetus anymore. and she also did a TVS (transvaginal) but still could not see the sac or the fetus. The doctor told me to come back in 2 weeks. Does anyone have the same situation as me? I am worried #bantusharing #firstmom
