light brown discharge 5-6 weeks

I woke up today & realized i have light brown discharge on my pantyliner. Should I wait 2 more days for my first scan or should I rush to see the gynae asap? Sorry for the gross picture….

maybe check if you might have cycst ..its call chocolate cycst .. my wife had it ..but not sure bout the discharge
