I am worried and scared

I woke up feeling pain on the bottom left of my stomach. Went to the toilet and my stools were watery. Is the pain caused by my upset stomach? Or should i be worried?

I had multiple episodes of diarrhoea during pregnancy too. Pain followed by diarrhoea. But after passing out the stools, the pain resolved. So I wasn’t scared. But if your pain persists, please go see a doctor

    thank you for the reply cherlyn :) yup my pain thankfully resolved after passing out the stools. i hope everything will be ok during my 1st scan tomorrow.
