Anyone have any experience on Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia?

I went for detailed scan yesterday and the doc told my baby is a girl but there is a little bump on the hormone so unidentified if genetic issue or baby hormone issue. #pleasehelp #advicepls #1stimemom #firstbaby #pregnancy

He said its either genetic or hormone issue, he asked me to do this panorama test which i never experience before. The first scan my baby was back facing us, so the sonographer said its a girl by looking at baby butt angle, but after a round of walk and came back with second scan, another sonographer said the baby private part has abit bump out while the baby is side facing us, thats where it started to get me paranoid.
