Might not be able to wfh

I was given memo by gynae,advise to wfh for 1.5 mths. Employer might not grant and checking with HR on their policy. Anything else I can do? HL/MC? I alr on no paid leave for awhile now.

you might want to request for HL from the gynae if wfh is not granted by ur company due to manpower issues etc.
