No appetite eating own homecook meals

I was fine for the first 4wks. But ever since 5wks, i feel like throwing up eating homecook meals. I don’t have any issue with takeaways though. Anyone having same issue? This has last till 6wks. I’m not sure how long more will my body be rejecting homecook meals. ☹️
