Hi! Any mummies with adenomyosis?

hello. i was prenant with moderate adeno as well. Had a pretty textbook pregnancy and just delivered 6 weeks a go a healthy baby boy. At first i tried to cut down gluten and soya as advised on the internet. However as time goes by, i relax more and more and eventually just let it go. Just eat healthy and do not worry. I totally understand you cos i also spent days feelings worried and desparately research on internet
