Anyone take this during first tri onwards?

Hi. I wanted to take this as im having bad constipation, i know its normal but it hurts real bad! Is okay to consume this during pregnancy?

It's safe. I took it during 1st & 2nd trimester. No issue. Remember to drink lots water after this :)
