Insomnia from tea?

I usually never have issues sleeping but realised recently when I drink milk tea during dinner, I will lie awake the whole night 🥲 Does this happen to anyone too? Is it a second trimester insomnia or is it really the tea?

Me too. Usually milk tea is fine but after I am pregnant , the sensitivity to caffeine has grown greater than my usual. With that being said ! It’s better you stopped all the caffeine all in once. Good luck!
