Can pregnant women eat Clam chowder

Hi, I understand that we cannot eat raw clam. But can we eat Clam chowder soup which uses cooked clam? TIA!

If it’s fully cooked, it’s not a problem. But do eat in moderation too!

Clams are safe for pregnant women to eat if they are fully cooked.
