How to burp infant as mine don’t burp??

My baby doesnt burp or very lazy to burp. Tried for months and in the end I just let him be. Doc told me even if he doesn’t burp is fine since he will fart eventually. So don’t have to make it a must to burp. But you can try letting baby burp first, if baby did not then you let your baby lie down so the air bubbles can move, then awhile more you carry baby up again in the burping position.
