Can I travel by plane during my first trimester. It’s a short distance of 1-2 hours

I asked the gynae before my flight and he said ok for me to travel. I’ve travelled to the USA in week 5, and back to Singapore in week 8. About 16 hours flight each way and baby currently at week 9 healthy. Need to wear compression leggings and drink lots of water. I’m 30yo
