Diarrhea during 4th week

I just thought my period was late when i returned from Bkk. Had a bad bout of diarrhea, 10x a day. Took med n it got better. 2days later, i did a preg test n knew i was actually pregnant. Anyone had diarrhea so bad during early preg? Or maybe i ate some bad foods in Bkk ?
