I am thinking of drinking pregnancy milk to help baby growth. What kind of milk do you all recommend?

Hi, can consume almond milk? And should i continue taking my omega 3 supplement? Im around 4-5 weeks

Almond Milk doesn't have much nutrients unfortunately except Vitamin E. Commercial almond Milk may be fortified with calcium and vitamin D which is great, but has other additives like gums, lecithin which aren't great for you - try to go for unsweetened versions. Also note almond Milk is low in protein unlike milk and soy. I read online almond Milk isn't suitable for infants though... Drink in moderation!
