Is it morning sickness?

I tested positive for my pregnancy test kit and am meeting my gynae next week. Based on calculation, I’m on Week 6 day 3. I’m not sure if I’m having morning sickness as I’m having nausea but it’s like as and when. Can anybody advise?

yes its morning sickness :( morning sickness doesnt happen continuously. it comes and goes. usually when you’re enjoying life 🙊 all the best 🎈
