Same as me. Was advised by doc to take fruit juice or whatever drinks body will accept to stay hydrated.

Try infused water. You can try honey, strawberries, lemon, blackberries, lime, mint leaves, cucumber.

Ribena may help. If not, then you can switch to fruit juice to keep hydrated

You may add lemon or lime to water. Or try taking small sips first.

I was like this too... i had to add ribena to my plain water!

Add lemon to the water. It helps for nausea too.
