Cold,Nose blocked ?

I am suffering from cold, it's been 3 months.. My gynae prescribed me Citrizene tablet.. I took and it was under controlled, and now again it has started... I don't want to get addicted of it..what can I do... I can't breathe from my nose... Help me please..I am crying... also I sneeze 10 times continue... I feel pressure on my stomach... does it affect my baby??
