Looks like hives, especially if they come and go. I had them and my mum still has them regularly. Antihistamines should do the trick. Go to a pharmacy, talk to the pharmacist. Many antihistamines can be bought over the counter without needing to see doctor.

Looks like insect bite, pls check with doctor . My son also 4 month old but he has heat rash as we don't use Aircon

Normal as body changes dont worry check with doctor if not you can try some cream to make it better and disappear

My wife has heat rash too. U can take antihistamines if it help but check with doctor on the medication

I do have rashes once out of a sudden. Try to keep clean & bed sheet change often. Might be haze.

I had rashes from his birth until i think 2 or 3 months. It doesnt look like that though.

Nope. Not normal. Maybe you’ve developed some allergies. Please seek medical advice

Best to seek doc's advice, could be an allergic reaction?

Looks like infection kinda rash. Best see doctor
