Honestly, the quiet ten minutes is the hardest part lah. I used to wait for my kids to be asleep, but that meant doing yoga at 9pm when I'm already exhausted. Now I just do it right after I send them to school before I start my day, even if it's just stretching while the coffee brews. Some mornings my toddler joins in and turns it into a game, which defeats the purpose, but at least I'm moving. The key for me was accepting that it doesn't have to be perfect or uninterrupted, otherwise I'd never do it at all.
