High levels of arsenic in baby rice

All adult and baby rice will have some level of arsenic but it's more dangerous for babies than adults. Since our diet is mostly rice I think we do need to take some precautions. One way to reduce the amount of arsenic is by soaking the rice overnight in a lot of water and then discard the water next morning to cook rice or porridge. That's what I've been doing since I found out about the arsenic level

Don’t worry. It should be ok. Singapore will test these food products and if it’s not ok, they won’t be allowed.
