I am planning to train my family to eat healthy. As of the moment I think I will be able to do it successfully with my 1 year old daughter since I know its easier to start at young age. But how about my husband, my 10 year old daughter and myself? Yes you read it right, I am included in this training. :) Any tips please. :)

Since you are starting as a while family, I would think the easiest way to start would be to start by cooking! haha.. Everyone can have the same healthy meal together.
