I am now 10 weeks pregnant. I have severe hip bone pain. Is this normal? How to cure my hip bone pain? Any suggestions?#pregnancy #firstbaby

Try to sleep with a soft pillow below ur back or wif a medium hard pillow when sitting. It might help a bit. Also can do light exercises to loosen the bone joints as stomach is growing as such the hip bone might b a little bit pain and sourish
