Ants attracted to my discharge

Hi, I noticed there are ants on my panties whenever It got discharge on it. Anyone with same experience?? I’m worried I got GD ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Let your doctor know soon. Got GD then but also no ants. So probably nothing is certain until you test it.
