Sleeping Position

week 11 of pregnancy..... having trouble of sleeping recently. I used to sleep in any position as long as aircon is turned on. But now no matter which position just couldn’t get me to sleep. I really have trouble sleeping recently. Any ideas what should I do, and did anybody same as me? ☹️☹️☹️
