Breast milk while 6 months pregnant

Hi! I need advice from mummy out there. I am currently 6 months pregnant and my breast got milk, should i squeeze it out? Because i did google research said it can have contraction and early labour if i squeeze my milk out.. have anyone experienced before?

you can hand express and store them but 24 weeks is still very early. recommended to only do it after 37 weeks.

And subject to gynae’s approval. Cs some mummies have complication or concerns during their pregnancy that can pose a risk.
