Colostrum During Pregnancy

I'm currently 26weeks of my pregnancy and i found out that there are colostrum coming out when i squeeze my nipple. How should i deal with it? Should i ignore or express it? And why will i produce milk so early before baby was born?

Just leave it. Don’t stimulate or express cos it might trigger early contractions
