Hi i just made some pasta sauce but before i blend i stir fry the ingredients using coconut oil. am i able to put into thermos jar and put into fridge for use over the nxt few days up to 2 weeks? As i do not have a glass jar

Thermos you can't. you can consider putting into milk bags. thaw them when you require it.
