the rigt time for sonner

I'm really anxious to see my baby's gender and another great concern is that whether we are expecting twins or not,my bump is growing so big and so fast yet im only 13 weeks now? so mommies when is the right period or stage of pregnancy where i can properly see my baby's gender and how many they are??
