Cramps during 2nd tri

I m having cramps for the past 2 to 3 days. Its just off and on. The first day was at stomach maybe the food i ate then second third day off and on. I m at week 14plus coming to 15. Is it normal. Or is it i drink too much cold water.

I have them v often too. Almost nightly... followed by gas pains / stomach seem to have a lot of wind after that
