Eating light snacks and sweet during labour
I love sour gummy. So I am wondering if we are allowed to eat sweets in labour room. Was hoping it will ease the pain from contractions.

Depending on whether is natural birth or csect. Natural birth is ok to have food and drink. But if csect, then no food and drink allowed. Unless you like me, in between natural or csect then they wouldn't let you have food and drink as well.
