infant care registeration

Hi all I will like to register my child to IFC at my first skool or sparkle tots next feb... my edd is dec2019. If I register online, how to fill in child particulars..?? Is there any other way to apply..?? Can I go straight to the school n ask..?? Thanks in advance...
