Avocado smoothie
Hi. I would like to make avocado smoothie. Should i use fresh milk or those milk powder recommended for pregnancy? Is it okay to consume half an avocado daily?

I'm having half an avocado for breakfast! It's good fats for the baby's development. I prefer fresh milk as pregnancy milk powder tends to be quite sweet (if you have gestational diabetes you cannot drink it so I actually think natural milk is healthier in that sense); maybe get low fat milk instead since avocados are already fatty

I personally prefer fresh milk! It’s really your preference.. half an avocado sounds ok!
