Find out if you really need a milk boost or if your nipples are clogged because if it's clogged nipple "holes", boosting your milk production is going to give you infection problems when there is too much milk stuck inside. I was an exclusive pumper for 10 months. Morning breakfast/tea time includes oats and soya/walnut milk. Whenever I pump I will grab a full bottle of water to drink, this happens 5x a day and once at 4am (this one is the highest amount after 5hours of sleep). So ya, I had sleep, water, oats and bean/nut milk. Other than that just eat well and stay clear of herbs or supplements that claim will boost your supply, this will cause some anxiety problems should your body is unable to accept/digest the compounds in those pills.
Drink lots of water, pump regularly to stimulate milk production and find out your own milk boosters (e.g. kurma milk, Milo etc) Medically, doctor can give u pills that boost your milk production temporarily but you must be hardworking to continue pumping/feeding to maintain that level of production.
Drink plenty of water, green papaya fish soup and eat lactation cookies. Also must let baby latch on to help stimulate milk supply flow.
