Hi... you can update child’s home address at any neighborhood police post. Please bring along divorce final judgment and any other supporting documents. Police officers will be able to advise on the procedures.

I know child's detals gotta sign in the presence of a lawyer, not sure if the same applies for address . You should clarify this with your lawyer.
