Aiyooh I totally understand lah, 20 months and still mostly quiet can be stressful even though dia understand everything! A few of us mums with late talkers noticed sometimes anak just takes their own sweet time, especially boys, and suddenly one day keluar pulak 10 words at once, haha. Since dia already respond to instructions and the therapist confirmed you're doing the right things (daily chat, games, all that), honestly it sounds like he's on track pun, sometimes they just need more time and constant exposure, so keep doing what you're doing, maybe relax a bit jer because kids can sense when parents anxious about it. Tapi if you're still worried, it's also good to follow up with the therapist in a few months just to check in and get peace of mind lah, sebab every kid develop differently.
