I just bought this for my baby to try. What are the different ways to prepare it?

I was recommended to buy this by my mummy friends. They taught me to cook it over fire until it thickens then it is ready to eat. I was told that brown rice is already added into the mixture hence there is no need to add on cereal or rice. Looking forward to try this as my son is going to be 6 months soon!

I have a friend who uses the same product but she bought from Eu Yan Seng. She simply add the powder to water and brought the mixture to a boil. Then she add a small amount to any porridge or puree that she is feeding her baby.
