Cramps at lower abdomen week 8

I am in week 8, is it normal to have more cramps at your lower abdomen ? I will only be meeting the doctor for the first check up at week 10 so kinda worried.

Yes is totally normal.. don worry.. sometimes I have a bad cramp after my lunch
