Safe Remedy for blocked nose and cough for 22wks pregnancy

Hi, I am in my 22weeks pregnancy, and few days back started to have flu, now blocked nose and cough, is the any safe remedy to help me recover faster??

For the blocked nose you can try nasal rinse :) I did that. it’s safe, just saline. For cough my pregnant friend took Vicks sweet
