How do you know your baby is hungry? Crying doesn’t mean hunger. Could mean gas or just general discomfort. Unless ur supply is horribly low, you do not need to top up with formula.
Based on what I was told by the hospital nurses, try having a 5 minute gap between formula and BM feeds..
Afaik there’s no issue with giving your child Formula immediately after BM. I did this with my LO too.
