No problem to drink after third trimester. Bought coconut bottled water from NTUC (cocomax and other brand), been drinking for 2 times a week and my baby girl came out clean. :)
Yes it has to be green coconut. My grandparents and friends mention to me only green color coconut. And my baby came out very clean.
I also heard to drink the green skin coconut and not thai coconut. Can get the green skin ones at hawker centres.
I used to drink only fresh coconut juice and also eat the pulp, i never liked the taste of canned ones.

Thai coconut is fine. As long as it’s fresh ones not those canned ones .
It doesn’t matter I think. As Long as drink since coconut is cooling
