I am craving

I haven’t been able to keep my food and drinks down for 3 days. I couldn’t even keep dry crackers down. I throw up on just everything but I went for Drips yesterday & feeling better. I’m craving for pepper lunch/ pepper kitchen for dinner. Is that safe for baby? I try my best only to eat smth I really want because or else I thought I wouldn’t be able to keep my food down. This would kinda be my first meal/food after 3 days.

Eat slowly. You can eat anything. Don’t worry. Suck on ice cubes, eat cereal, try chewing gum
