Cramp-like but in the middle of my tummy at 11 weeks. Normal??

feels like period cramp but not really on my abdomen & the pain lasts for long hours. I’ll feel relief only for a short while before I start feeling the cramps again. No bleeding & other symptoms just this. Been constipated too so is just gas or tummy making room for growing baby?? I’m v small.. 47kg in 158cm body. Help

If this symptom persistent you may check with your gynae/resident doctor. For constipation you can ask for lactulose so you can pass motion easily. My first pregnancy I had tummy pain but its not that painful just tummy tightness like squeeze because I was working so had to slow down on work pace. But I was told it was fine. Im about the 153cm and 40kg.

I haven’t been able to keep my food and drinks down for 3 days. I couldn’t even keep dry crackers down. I throw up on just everything but I went for Drips yesterday & feeling better. I’m craving for pepper lunch/ pepper kitchen for dinner. Is that safe for baby? I try my best only to eat smth I really want because or else I thought I wouldn’t be able to keep my food down. This would kinda be my first meal/food after 3 days.

Eat slowly. You can eat anything. Don’t worry. Suck on ice cubes, eat cereal, try chewing gum

I feel like the absolute worst

Im 8 weeks pregnant. I can’t seem to enjoy chewing on sour stuff like recommend by my friends who are moms to not feel sick. I’ve been nauseous & giddy minutes when I wake up & mins before I go to bed. i don’t feel good in my own body and skin. I don’t understand what it wants or what’s triggering. I can really feel sick the whole day. I would cry because I didn’t think it would be..this tough. help..I feel like giving up

have you seen a gynae and mentioned this? will be good to bring it up to see what can be done

I feel super bloated

I feel bloated every time I’m done with a meal. i could go on a day with just a meal or two because i’d feel bloated so that would make me think I’m already or still full. Is that normal. #firstbaby
