Urine Test

i just have my MGTT a couple weeks ago, and its negative. yesterday i took a Urine FEME and the result shows that a reading of ketone 1+ in my urine. before this it was negative ketone. do u guys think i need to repeat my MGTT??

The American Diabetes Association’s position statement on tests of glycemia states that urine ketone testing is not considered reliable for diagnosing and monitoring of ketoacidosis. So, the best thing to do is not to worry as long as you don't have GDM/DM.
