It is quite normal to experience morning sickness and lost appetite and thus lost weight during the first trimester. After entering into 2nd trimester, mummy will be slowly gaining back the weight after feeling better from the morning sickness. If there is a sign of dehydration, please go to hospital for drips immediately. Try to eat small portion of each meal whenever feel hungry.
