6mm sac at 6 weeks, no heartbeat yet

Hi. I had a miscarriage in February 2024 and recently tested positive. Is it normal for a 6 week to have an empty sac, no heartbeat? I’m anxious

hopefully not a false negative... do have your pregnancy confirmed by doctor
