NUH private recs
I had my first, upgraded to private under Prof Biswas. Currently with my second and hoping to choose a different doctor instead. Wondering if there’s any recommendations?
I switched from government to private for my second too, and honestly it depends on what matters to you most - some mums I know prioritise the longer consultation time, others want someone who's more hands-on during labour. Since you're looking to change from Prof Biswas, might be good to think about what you'd like differently this time around, then maybe ask your gynae friends or check NUH's website for the other consultants there and their backgrounds. A lot of mums also just call the hospital directly and ask the staff which doctors are known to be more attentive or have a certain style, since they see them day in day out.
