I had my checkup recently. Quite sad to know that my baby is 1.6kg. Low in iron. To think back my mind is full of negative. I tend to cry a lot. I feel so useless when I get to know that my baby is small. The doctor suggests eating a small meal, drinking coconut, similar milk and taking my iron tablet. I hope my baby gain more weight. How do mummies out there overcome this issue? I hope we can go through this 💕
